Testimonials:
I decided to sign up to Francesca’s coaching programme in the hopes of having some compassionate accountability to begin writing over the summer – and although I certainly got compassion and accountability, I was so surprised how much more I got from this package. In our 1-2-1 sessions Francesca helped me reframe a lot of my anxieties and critical inner voice so I could approach my work in more sustainable and balanced ways that actually worked for me rather than being led by what I thought I “should be doing”. In the group coaching sessions, I learnt so much about the role my nervous system plays on my capacity to be creative and write as well as practical tools about how to recognise burn out and recover from it. And the weekly drop in sessions really helped me keep up momentum. The coaching community Francesca has built through this programme is such an amazing space to speak frankly with fellow academics about issues we were all facing, which can otherwise feel really lonely. Francesca has really helped me discover ways of writing that accommodate how I work and I can enjoy – I couldn’t recommend working with her more!
Jessica, Edinburgh
From feeling incredibly stuck and burnt out with my writing, Francesca’s perceptive, values-led coaching has inspired me to work more compassionately, sustainably and authentically. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with someone who understands the systemic issues that underpin academia and is so committed to offering the support needed to navigate and challenge them, not just in one-to-one coaching sessions, but through the group coaching community too. I can’t recommend working with Francesca enough!
